In 2018, one year before the Winter Universiade, Krasnoyarsk was given a chance to change. Several creative teams received carte blanche and began reshaping the city on an impossible schedule. ACTIVATION chronicles the making of the light-and-music show at Strelka, the reconstruction of Pokrovsky Park and other public spaces. Architects, designers and builders reflect on the work and on Krasnoyarsk’s possible future.
